The original part was modified for 3D printing: I removed the internal step and reduced the size of the base for more clearance - both images below are linked to 3D .pdf files. | |

For my 3D Printed Parts Price List click here A note about coin slot dimensions. The holes for the coin slots in the CS:R Skin Outer Front ANH are 1.5 in wide x .375 high, spaced .8125 apart vertically. The rectangular part at the base of each of the pyramids is 1.48 in wide x .360 high, spaced .8125 apart vertically. For clearance, that's .02 in width and .015 in height. If your parts are machined aluminum then your machinist can be expected to hold .001 inch tolerances. Maybe, with a lot of tinkering, I could hold .01 in (.25 mm) tolerances on my 3D prints. For me it's not worth the effort or time. I've changed the dimensions of the base to 1.46 in wide x .340 in high. A note about engraved skins. If you are using my .080 engraved skins note that the corners of the coin slot strips will have rounded edges. to improve clearance you'll need to sharpen the corners of the skins. |
